Research: this mindmap saves you 16 hours a week

Check for your self: how much time in a week do you spend on these six items (for me it is 90 % of all the things I do at work). A survey performed at a law firm and bank shows that by using simple tools (speed reading, mind mapping, touch type, smarter meetings, etcetera). To give an example: the control group had a reading speed of 285 words a minute. A lawyer after a one day training raised her speed from 320 words a minute to 1000 words a minute). She spends 7 hours a week less on reading papers (among others faster reading, applying pomodoro technique and using typinator for automating writing, saved her 16 hours a week). The average time-saving was 11 hours (maximum was 25 hours a week!).
