New way of working: go atomic

I was inspired to make this mind map reading a blog about mind mapping being a cornerstone for the new way of working (for Dutch readers: click here). I don’t think it is.

Organisations adopting the new way of working resemble the structure of atoms. The nucleus being the brick and mortar office and the electrons orbiting around. Sometimes close, sometimes further away.  It changes everything: the structure of the organisations, the way of managing as well as the working spot that is moving continual.

Yes, mind mapping can surely facilitate the new way of working. Making it easier for employees to work together on the same project while being at different places.

No more, no less.

An interesting mind map Hans, and a topic that has many angles for discussion and debate by employees and employers alike.
