Nowadays everybody is a specialist social media (me too :-)).

But how to distinguish a specialist from a charlatan?

If you’re a company and you are not sure?

Here are some questions to ask:

  1. do you have a strategic plan?
  2. suppose we would adopt your ideas, what about ROI
  3. how would you advice us to scale our social media activities
