How to expose phishing mails

Like everyone, I receive now and then phishing mails. Most of the time I notice it immediately and delete the mail. This time when I got a mail from the Apple App Store, I thought why not do some research how you can actually proof the mail is not from Apple: a valuable experience I must say.
